My father can tell you, off the top of his head, how to build a set of shelves. As I grew up, wooden shelves, TV stands, beds and more were carefully designed, built and finished with a very similar reddish brown lacquer in the garage. Unfortunately, this natural ability wasn’t passed on. Instead, I’ve had to develop a knack for reading instructions. ga“I’m not so sure about that…” Although there was once a time when a conversation could end here, with the internet so easily accessible, we simply have to know… now!. Normally, we resort to one of two options:
1. We simply Google our “thing”. This is effective, but not always the most productive use of your time. I’ve often spent a great deal of time weeding through somewhat believable explanations before stumbling on a gem.
2. We search for our “thing” in our favorite source, a place that we trust to provide a believable and comprehensible explanation.
